How does delivery work?

Once your reservation is confirmed, we deliver everything to your door in Metro Atlanta and pick it back up at the end of your stay. Gear arrives clean and ready to use, so there's nothing to assemble, wash, or haul home. At partner properties, we can also have your gear set up and waiting before you arrive.

How is the gear cleaned?

Every piece is cleaned and inspected between families to a photo-proof standard — meaning we'd happily photograph it up close before it goes out. Fabrics are laundered, hard surfaces are sanitized, and anything that doesn't meet the bar is pulled from rotation. It arrives exactly as booked.

Are car seats really brand-new?

Yes — always. For safety, car seats are the one category we never rent used. Every car seat you reserve is brand-new, unexpired, and yours to use for the length of your rental, so you never have to wonder about its history.

What's your delivery area?

We serve families across Metro Atlanta. If you're just outside our core area, reach out with your address and dates — we'll let you know quickly whether we can reach you.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Our rates are set weekly, and a one-week rental is the minimum. Staying longer? Let us know your dates and we'll put together pricing that fits the length of your trip.

What's your cancellation policy?

Plans change — we get it. Cancel at least 48 hours before your delivery date for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, we're happy to help you reschedule whenever we can.

What about normal wear and tear?

Everyday use is completely expected and never charged for — scuffs, crumbs, and the occasional spill are just part of family life. We only follow up in the case of significant damage or loss, and we'll always talk it through with you first.
